IMINENT reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

ACCOUNT TERMS

1. You must submit a valid, verifiable e-mail address and select a password and user name when registering for the Service. You also agree, as part of the registration process, to provide certain information about you as prompted - this information must be current, complete, and accurate.

1. IMINENT may delete any Content that in its sole judgment violates this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of members.

3. You reserve all rights over your content. You grant to IMINENT a worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your Content submissions in connection with the Service and IMINENT (and its successor’s) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

IMINENT does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and IMINENT expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. IMINENT does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and reserves the right to remove Content, User Submissions and to close user accounts without prior notice. IMINENT also reserves the right to decide whether Content or a User Submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. IMINENT may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User’s access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

We provide advertisers only aggregated non-personal information. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties except in limited circumstances such as when we believe we are required to do so by law.
